This product has pulled me out of fatigue, and muscle and joint pain
several times. Within a week of taking a glass of this drink a day I'll
get my energy back and the muscle and joint pain will ease. I don't
have any idea why, but it works for that undefined tired, achy, feeling
that seems to come from too much stress and too little sleep.

Works
to control High Blood pressure (for me, at least),

Each recommended serving (i.e. one scoop) contains 5 grams of
L-arginine, which stimulates the production of NO (nitric-oxide) which
in turn relaxes blood vessel walls and in theory, lowers ones blood
pressure. (Just google "Nitric Oxide" and "Blood Pressure" and you'll
see plenty of studies and articles from reputable science journals
explaining the strong correlations between NO and blood pressure.) So,
does it work? Well, I've been taking a single serving of Cardio Support
before bedtime and have seen my blood pressure drop from 136/96 to
124/88 within a weeks time. Granted, I've also started running three
times a week (1/2 hour each with heart rate close to 80% of max), but
from my past experience, exercise alone won't lower your blood pressure
that quickly. I suggest buying a blood pressure cuff and monitor the
results for yourself.

I am experimenting with this product. I have read good things about
Nitric Oxide and Dr. Murad, so I thought I would try it. I have been
taking it for almost two months, now. I am taking it for two reasons.
One to see if it helps my Raynaud's condition. Yesterday, I was outside
for quite some time in the morning when it was chilly and my hands were
bare. I had no episodes of Raynaud's, which is very unusual. Usually,
my hands will turn white and I will have to go inside and run hot water
over them. Obviously, I will be keeping close watch on this. The second
reason is general health. I am very active in my 5 times a week
workouts and burn over 1,000 calories each workout. I do an hour of
aerobics and a half hour of strength training. I started this workout
routine 10 months ago. My thigh muscles have been sore to the touch
every day during this period due to fatigue. Since taking this product
that pain has mostly disappeared. Granted, I have been getting
stronger, but I am also working out harder as I get stronger, so I
don't think it is simply that I am now "in shape" and the pain is gone
as a result.
Bottom line... I just ordered another 60 day supply. I plan on updating
my review in 60 days if anything is different.
It tastes good, too.
- No change/benefit in my Raynaud's. I am re-ordering,
though. This will be my third order.

known to be very helpful to the cardio-vascular system and promote the
